DAY 1: HUAYLLABAMBA CAMP
Today you will be met at your Cusco hotel, where you will be transferred to the trail head at Piskakucho (82km). Trek to HUAYLLABAMBA CAMP. (L, D)
DAY 2: PACAYMAYO CAMP
Ascend from Huayllabamba to the first and highest pass, Warmiwañusca (4200m). Enjoy panoramic views, then continue to PACAYMAYO CAMP (3607m). (B, L, D)
DAY 3: WINAY WAYNA CAMP
Trek from Pacaymayo Camp to the rounded ruins of Runkuracay (3800 m) and the Inca Citadel of Sayacmarca (3580m), before continuing to Phuyupatamarca (3640m). Descend through layers of cloud forest to the camp by the ruins of Wiñay Wayna, the largest and most exquisite of the Inca Trail sites. Overnight at WAYNA CAMP (2550m). (B, L, D)
DAY 4: MACHU PICCHU TO CUSCO
On this last day of the trek you will depart from Wiñay Wayna and reach Intipunku (The Gateway to the Sun), set above the ‘lost city’ of Machu Picchu (2400m). Enjoy a guided tour of Machu Picchu before taking the afternoon train to Cusco where your tour ends. (B, L)

INCA TRAIL INFORMATION:
Although the trek is rated as moderate, we strongly suggest spending at least two nights in the Sacred Valley or Cusco before the trek so that you can acclimatise to the altitude. There are only 500 permits issued per day which includes permits for trekkers, guides, porters and cooks. At the time of booking we require prepayment of the Inca Trail plus a copy of your passport.
