Overview

This 17-day tour visits three exciting countries – Brazil, Argentina and Chile. The tour begins in the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, and visits the impressive Iguazu Falls, Patagonia, and ends in Buenos Aires. Marvel at the natural beauty of South America, see its snow-capped mountains, the Perito Moreno Glacier, stunning lakes and views, and discover the colourful cultures of some of the continent’s most exciting cities.

Itinerary

DAY 1: RIO DE JANEIRO
On arrival in Rio de Janeiro, you will be met and transferred to your HOTEL.

DAY 2: RIO DE JANEIRO
Today you will visit Corcovado Hill, the site of the famous Christ the Redeemer statue. After lunch you will be taken to Sugarloaf Mountain, rising 395m above Rio, from where you will have panoramic views over the city, Copacabana Beach and Corcovado Hill. (B, L)

DAY 3: RIO DE JANEIRO
Today will have the opportunity to explore the city, discovering its culture, beaches and other attractions at your leisure. (B)

DAY 4: RIO DE JANEIRO – PUERTO IGUAZU
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Foz do Iguazu. In the afternoon, you will be taken to Iguazu National Park with panoramic views of the renowned Iguazu Falls from the Brazilian side. Overnight at your HOTEL in Puerto Iguazu. (B)

DAY 5: PUERTO IGUAZU
Today you will spend the day exploring the Iguazu National Park. (B)

DAY 6: PUERTO IGUAZÚ – BUENOS AIRES
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your HOTEL. (B)

DAY 7: BUENOS AIRES
This morning, enjoy a city tour of Buenos Aires. In the evening, you will be taken to a dinner and tango show. (B, D)

DAY 8: BUENOS AIRES – EL CALAFATE
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to El Calafate. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your HOTEL. (B)

DAY 9: EL CALAFATE
After breakfast you will be taken on a tour to Perito Moreno Glacier. The World Heritage Site is an imposing ice river that stems from the Southern Patagonian Ice Field. In the afternoon, return to your HOTEL in El Calafate. (B)

DAY 10: EL CALAFATE
Enjoy a day at leisure to explore El Calafate or take an optional tour. (B)

 DAY 11: EL CALAFATE – PUERTO NATALES
This morning you will board a bus to Puerto Natales. On arrival, you will be transferred to your HOTEL. (B)

DAY 12: PUERTO NATALES
Today, spend the day exploring the Torres del Paine National Park, known for its towering mountains and icebergs. Highlights include the famous Towers of Paine, the Curenos del Diablo (Devil’s Horn), the Salto Grande Waterfall and Lake Pehoe. (B)

DAY 13: PUERTO NATALES – PUERTO ARENAS
This morning you will board a bus to Punta Arenas. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel (B)

DAY 14: PUERTO ARENAS – USHUAIA
Today you will board a bus to Ushuaia, the southernmost city of the world. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.

DAY 15: USHUAIA
Today you will be taken on an excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park. You will have the opportunity to walk among the woods of the National Park and enjoy the surrounds and wildife.

DAY 16: USHUAIA
Today you will have the opportunity to explore the town at your leisure. (B)

DAY 17: USHUSIA – BUENOS AIRES
Today you will be transferred to the airport for you flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel for your overnight stay. (B)

DAY 18: BUENOS AIRES
Today you will be transferred to the airport for you flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel for your overnight stay. (B)
