Visit the pretty UNESCO city of Potosi, a 16th century silver mining town with beautiful plazas, churches and government buildings, finishing at the spectacular Salar de Uyuni, the highest and largest salt flats in the World.

Itinerary

DAY 1: PUNO (PERU) – LA PAZ (BOLIVIA)
Today you will board a catamaran and sail to La Paz. (L)

DAY 2: SUCRE
This morning, you will fly to Sucre for two nights at your HOTEL. (B)

DAY 3: SUCRE
This morning you will be taken to a range of museums, Bolivar Park and the main historical monuments in one of Bolivia’s most beautiful cities. (B, L)

DAY 4: POTOSI
Today you will enjoy a half day city tour which visits San Lorenzo Church, Casa de la Moneda Museum and the artisans market. (B)

DAY 5: COLCHANI
Today you will visit a mine in the Cerro Rico, to see the miners performing their work, before heading to Colchani town. (B, D)

DAY 6: COLCHANI – UYUNI – COLCHANI
Today you will visit the Uyuni Salt Flats and Incahuasi Island, located in the heart of the Salt Flats. (B, L, D)

DAY 7: LA PAZ
Today, you will fly to La Paz and visit the Witches Market and the historic city centre. The tour ends with a visit to the unique Moon Valley before returning to your HOTEL. (B)

DAY 8: DEPART LA PAZ
Today you will be transferred to La Paz airport. (B)
