DAY 1: DEPART PRETORIA
The Pride of Africa departs Rovos Rail’s Station in Capital Park. Guests may freshen up in their suites before joining fellow travellers in the midway lounge car or observation carriage at the rear of the train. Dinner is served in the dining car/s.
DAY 2: KIMBERLEY
Breakfast is served in the dining car/s. Arriving in Kimberley guests disembark and proceed by coach/combi for a tour of the city, the “ Big Hole “ and the Diamond Mine Museum. Depart Kimberley and proceed overnight via De Aar and Beaufort West to Matjiesfontein. Lunch and dinner served in the dining car/s.
DAY 3: ARRIVE CAPE TOWN
Breakfast is served until 10am. Visit the historical village of Matjiesfontein. The train departs for Cape Town via Worcester. Lunch is served in the dining cars. Arrive at Cape Town Station at 6pm.
