DAY 1: ANTANANARIVO
On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. Overnight at MAISON GALLIENI or similar. (D)
DAY 2: ANTANANARIVO – ANDASIBE
Today you will be transferred by road to your hotel in Andasibe. Two nights at MANTADIA LODGE. (B, L, D)
DAY 3: ANDASIBE
Today you will visit Mantadia National Park, enjoying a picnic lunch at Rianasoa Waterfall and a night walk in the evening. (B, L, D)
DAY 4: ANTANANARIVO
In the morning, visit Perinet Reserve in search of the fascinating Indri lemur. Return to the lodge for lunch, before being transferred by road back to Antananarivo. One night at RADISSON BLU WATERFRONT. (B, L, D)
NOTE: Dinner is a set menu only, drinks are excluded.
DAY 5: ANTSIRANANA
Rise early for your flight to Antsiranana. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to NATURE LODGE for your two-night stay. (B, L, D)
DAY 6: MONTAGNE D’AMBRE NATIONAL PARK
Today you will spend a full day in Montagne d’Ambre National Park. (B, L, D)
DAY 7: ANKARANA
Today you will be transferred by road to your next accommodation, IHARANA BUSH CAMP, for your threenight stay. (B)
DAY 8: TSINGY OF ANKARANA
Today you will spend a full day visiting the famous tsingy
of Madagascar. Tsingy translates to “where one cannot walk barefoot” in Malagasy, an appropriate name for these rock formations that are thin and needle-like. (B, L, D)
DAY 9: TSINGY OF IHARANA
You will have the chance today to visit the tsingy of Iharana. Afterwards, visit Chameleon Cave, Mandresy Cave and nearby Ankarana villages. (B, L, D)
DAYS 10 – 13: NOSY AMBARIOVATO
Depart for Nosy Ambariovato, where you will spend four nights at TSARA KOMBA LODGE. Enjoy a half-day snorkelling trip, and spend the rest of your time at leisure. (B, L, D)
DAY 14: DEPART
Today you will be transferred back to Nosy Be airport for your onward flight. (B)
