DAY 1: NAIROBI
On arrival in Nairobi, you will be met and transferred to the TAMARIND HOTEL or similar. (B)
DAY 2: NAIROBI – SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
This morning you will be transferred to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Buffalo Springs Airstrip in Samburu. You will be met and transferred to the camp. After lunch you will embark on the first game drive of your safari, returning to the camp in the late afternoon. Two nights at SAMBURU ASHNIL TENTED LODGE. (B, L, D)
DAY 3: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Morning and afternoon game drives and optional bush walks in Samburu National Reserve. (B, L, D)
DAY 4: SAMBURU – LAKE NAIVASHA
Today you will enjoy an early morning game drive in the park, before being transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi. On arrival, you will be met and transferred by road to Lake Naivasha. In the afternoon you will be taken on a boat trip on Lake Naivasha. Two nights at THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY LODGE. (B, L, D)
DAY 5: LAKE NAIVASHA
Today you will enjoy a game drive to Lake Nakuru National Park and return back to the lodge for lunch. The afternoon will be spent at your leisure. (B, L, D)
DAY 6: LAKE NAIVASHA – MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Naivasha Ebony Curio Emporium for a visit. After lunch you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to Olkiombo airstrip in the Maasai Mara. You will be collected in an open-sided 4×4 vehicle and taken on a game drive en-route to your lodge. Two nights at MARA INTREPIDS TENTED LODGE. (B, L, D)
DAY 7: MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE
Today you will enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in the Maasai Mara National Reserve as well as a visit to a Maasai village and a local primary school. (B, L, D)
DAY 8: MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE – NAIROBI
After a morning activity and lunch, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi. On arrival in Nairobi you will be met and transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight. (B, L)
